What is an Milwaukee PH600 - Electronic pH Meter?

The Milwaukee PH600 is an affordable portable pH meter that gets the job done. 

If you work with large water containers or need a higher level of precision and easier calibration, you might consider the PRO pH meter

It has an accuracy of ± 0.1 pH and the scale ranges from 0.0 to 14.0. It comes with a protection case, calibration screwdriver, batteries and instructions.

How to use Milwaukee PH600 - Electronic pH Meter?

  • Slide the switch ON at the top
  • Remove the cap
  • Dip it in the solution (can be clipped on the side of a bucket)
  • Measure
  • Put the cover back on 
  • Slide the switch OFF

How to calibrate it?

  • Remove the electrode cover
  • Insert the electrode in a container or small glass filled with 7.01 calibration buffer  solution
  • Rotate the scre in the back with the small screw driver provided with the kit until its reaches 7.0

How to clean it?

  • Remove the electrode cover
  • Insert the electrode in a container or small glass filled with cleaning solution for pH and ORP electrodes
  • Let is rest for a few seconds until the reading stabilizes
  • Remove the electrode
  • Place the protection cap back on to the electrode

How to store it?

  • Rinse the electrode in a glass of water
  • Put a little storage solution for pH testers in the cap before you close it, so the electrode stays wet
  • Place the protection cap back on the electrode
